Coach's View
Head Coach Destinie Smith praised her team's resilience down the stretch:
"This was one of those games that really tested our composure," Smith said. "Pensacolaplayed hard and shot the ball well, but our team showed what it means to be Knights — staying together, defending with energy, and trusting each other to make big plays when it mattered most."
With the victory, SUNO improved to 4–1 on the season and remains unbeaten at home. The Knights return to action November 12 in a road game against North American University (TX).
